Youth Sports School No. 3 “Budivelnyk” (Kyiv) made a powerful start in the Ukrainian Youth Basketball League among girls born in 2012, securing two confident victories.
In the first game, held on November 7, Budivelnyk defeated Zhytomyr Youth Sports School “Dynamivets” with a score of 63:26. The top performer for our team was Varvara Zherzherunova, who scored 22 points and recorded 16 steals — an incredible stat line to open the season!
The following day, on November 8, the Kyiv team earned an even more convincing win — 83:31 against Zbarazh Youth Sports School. Once again, Varvara Zherzherunova led the way with 30 points, 10 steals, and 12 of 17 field goals made!
